Contexte

We are recruiting a Director of Sales & Marketing for an iconic luxury hospitality destination in the Indian Ocean, known for its exceptional service, breathtaking setting, and refined standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the hotels commercial, marketing, and revenue management strategies in line with group objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize budgets for Rooms, F&B, and Events, ensuring accurate forecasts and strong performance monitoring.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to adjust positioning and maximize growth.
  • Build strategic partnerships, strengthen distribution channels, and support innovative sales initiatives.
  • Lead all marketing and communication activities, ensuring brand consistency and measurable ROI.
  • Represent the hotel at key trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and results.

Profil

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Sales & Marketing leadership roles within luxury or upscale hospitality, with at least 2 years in team management.
  • Strong expertise in revenue management, communications, and digital strategy.
  • Inspirational leadership, analytical mindset, and strong results orientation.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships while driving revenue growth.
  • Flexibility and mobility (including business travel and extended hours when required).
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
