Missions
The Executive Chef will act as the strategic leader of the resort’s entire culinary division, holding full accountability for culinary excellence, operational performance, financial outcomes, and guest satisfaction across multiple restaurants, bars, and large-scale banquet operations. The position demands a combination of visionary leadership, culinary innovation, and rigorous operational discipline within a complex, high-volume luxury resort environment.

Define and execute the resort’s culinary vision
Drive innovation while ensuring consistency and profitability
- Operations & Finance
Oversee multi-outlet kitchens, banquets, and large-scale events
Manage food cost, labor efficiency, and financial performance
- Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the culinary brigade
Build a high-performance culture and succession pipeline
- Quality & Guest Experience
Maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and compliance
Elevate the dining experience and respond to guest feedback
Profil
Eligible to work in the United States (U.S. passport holder or U.S. permanent resident)
- Strong expertise in multi-outlet culinary operations and high-volume banquet production
- Exposure to Asian markets or Asian culinary concepts is considered an advantage
- Demonstrated financial acumen with strong cost control and profitability management
- Structured leadership style with a strong ability to develop and lead high-performing culinary teams
